About Me
I am a 4th year Dean's List Interactive Multimedia and Design student at Carleton University. I've been learning and experimenting in 3D design and art over the past 7 years primarily in Autodesk 3D Studio Max. I enjoy the flexibility of 3D design allowing me to create anything from ultra-realistic renders to stylized video game models and textures. As well there is no limit to any 3D scene, and I love that what is created does not have to be realistic or have to work in the real world.
My Skills

From concept to final render I have taught myself each step of the process from high detail modelling to photorealistic rendering. I use primarily the Mental Ray Renderer, but have dabbled in the V-Ray Rendering system as well.

For the past two years I've worked for Carl Dyke Industries doing high realism renders and animations for oilfield training. I work and communicate with a team of around 3-4 people both in person and online to create animations that tie in tandem with learning material.

Responsible for creating high detailed and realistic models and animations for oilfield training.

3D Blog (Late 2011-Present)
A blog updated weekly showcasing 3D material that I have created. This consistency of doing 3D work allows me to keep learning new techniques while speeding up my other skills.

CG Video Tutorials (Early 2012-Present)
After doing 3D work for over 7 years I decided to start teaching some of the techniques and tricks that I have used in my own work to try and give back to the 3D community.
